With more than 15 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition leadership, and career consulting, Keenan has guided hundreds of job seekers and hiring leaders alike through the complexities of talent strategy and career growth. But his calling to launch OPNX came not just from expertise—it came from experience. Having faced career setbacks and the emotional toll of the job search firsthand, Keenan understands what it feels like to question your direction, to be overlooked, and to wonder what’s next. He has participated in outplacement services that promised support but delivered little more than recycled templates and surface-level guidance—offering the what without the how or why. That disconnect drove him to create something better. At OPNX, Keenan blends his insider knowledge of how hiring really works with a personal, empathetic approach that meets people where they are.
